Restore a purchase

The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, with no subscription. If it does not appear on a new device, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not restore, email us.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email us first and we will try to make it right.

Report a question

Accuracy is the whole point. If a question or explanation looks wrong or unclear, use Report a problem on the question screen, or email us the question and what seems off. We review every report and fix confirmed issues quickly.

Does it cover my state?

Pick your state when you start. The science content applies in every state. Texas includes its state law and rules; other states use the national theory coverage, and the app shows what is covered for your state. Always confirm current requirements with your state licensing board.

Your data

Your progress is stored on your device. We collect only anonymous usage and crash data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
